ZM5合金石膏型反重力铸造薄壁件成形研究

【摘要】:将石膏型熔模铸造和反重力铸造工艺相结合进行镁合金铸造,研究了充型压力对ZM5镁合金石膏型薄壁件成形及铸态组织和力学性能影响,结果表明,最佳成型压力为40kPa时,铸件成形较好,镁合金铸态力学性能最佳,试样抗拉强度为(192±5)MPa,延伸率为(1.5±0.2)%。生产结果证明,铸型预热温度330~350℃,镁合金浇注温度730~750℃,成型压力35~40kPa,能够满足镁合金薄壁件成形要求。
[Abstract]:The influence of mold filling pressure on the forming and casting structure and mechanical properties of ZM5 magnesium alloy gypsum type thin - walled parts was studied by combining gypsum - type investment casting with counter - gravity casting . The results show that the optimum forming pressure is 40 kPa , the mechanical properties of the cast alloy are better , the tensile strength of the samples is ( 192 卤 5 ) MPa , and the elongation is ( 1.5 卤 0.2 ) % . The results show that the cast - type preheating temperature is 330 锝,
