采用热弹流润滑理论数值计算的风电齿轮微点蚀承载能力分析

【摘要】:在线接触热弹流润滑的基础上,对风电主齿轮的热弹流模型进行计算,对比了热弹流润滑和ISO/TR 15144—1计算出的最小油膜厚度及微点蚀安全系数。给出不同啮合点的无量纲压力、膜厚、温度分布图。结果表明:使用热弹流润滑理论直接计算风电齿轮箱微点蚀安全系数是可行的;直接使用热弹流润滑理论计算的油膜厚度小于使用ISO/TR 15144—1计算的油膜厚度;风电主齿轮箱齿面受载分析确定修形量时可以不用考虑热弹流润滑引起的压力分布变化及接触形式变化。
[Abstract]:On the basis of on-line contact thermo-elastohydrodynamic lubrication, the thermo-elastohydrodynamic model of wind power main gear is calculated, and the minimum oil film thickness and the safety factor of micro-pitting corrosion calculated by ISO / TR15144-1 are compared. The dimensionless pressure, film thickness and temperature distribution of different meshing points are given. The results show that it is feasible to calculate directly the safety factor of micro-pitting corrosion of wind power gearbox by using thermo-elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory, and the thickness of oil film calculated by using thermo-elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory is smaller than that calculated by ISO / TR15144-1. The change of pressure distribution and contact form caused by thermo-elastohydrodynamic lubrication can be taken into account when determining the modification amount by load analysis on the main gear box of wind power.
