二元Ti-Zr合金微观结构和形状记忆效应

【摘要】:正近年来,新型钛基无镍合金以其良好的生物相容性、耐腐蚀性、低弹模、高相变温度等特性成为了形状记忆合金领域的研究重点。北京航空航天大学李岩等人采用X射线衍射、金相、透射电镜、差示扫描量热分析、压缩应力-应变实验等方法系统研究了TixZr100-x(x=20、30、50、70、80,原子分数)合金的微观组织结构、相变特性、力学性能及形状记忆效应。
[Abstract]:In recent years, new titanium based nickel free alloys have become the focus of research in shape memory alloys due to their good biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, low modulus of elasticity, high phase transition temperature and so on. Li Yan et al., Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, systematically studied the microstructure and phase transition characteristics of TixZr100-x alloy by means of X-ray diffraction, metallography, transmission electron microscope, differential scanning calorimetry and compression stress-strain test.
