Mn和Sn对Sr变质、Al-5Ti-B晶粒细化Al-7Si-Mg合金显微组织的影响(英文)
[Abstract]:The effect of mn and Sn on the microstructure of Al-7Si-Mg alloy refined by Sr modified Al-5Ti-B grain was investigated. The results show that the alloy with high Sr content has a columnar dendritic structure of Al-5Ti-B grain refiner. The poisoning phenomenon occurs in the eutectic Si region. It is found that Sr intermetallics are distributed on TiBSt2 particles. The mechanism of Sr poisoning is discussed. In addition, the Fe phase structure of the alloy can be transformed from 尾 -Al _ S _ 5FeSi to 伪 -Al (Mn-Fe) Si by adding mn element. With the increase of mn content, 伪 -Al (Mn-Fe) Si phase changes from dendriform to small rod shape of dendritic distribution, and finally to Chinese character structure. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) shows that mg / Si is more likely to react with Sn than Si to precipitate at Si / Si interface or Al / Si interface.
