常化对薄带连铸Fe-1.3%Si钢组织和磁性能的影响

【摘要】:研究了不同常化工艺对薄带连铸Fe-1.3%无取向硅钢退火组织及磁性能的影响。结果表明,在1 000~1 200℃常化时,随着温度及时间的增加,铸带的晶粒尺寸呈不断增大的趋势。铸带常化后的析出物为AlN和MnS,析出粒子以100nm以上的大尺寸颗粒为主,其中在200~400nm粒子占有较大比例。1 000和1 200℃常化20min的退火组织,存在较多≤20μm的细小晶粒,组织很不均匀,铁损达到4.5 W/kg以上。1 100℃常化20min退火组织平均晶粒尺寸约50~60μm,组织均匀性最好,成品铁损下降至4.15 W/kg。在1 100℃常化时随着时间的增加,常化板和退火板晶粒尺寸均增大,铁损逐渐下降。成品组织及铁损的差异主要与铸带常化和后序退火过程中的析出行为有关。
