VSR改善铝合金淬火与焊接残余应力的试验研究

【摘要】:通过无损应力测试技术分析淬火与焊接两种热作用形式下高强铝合金板的残余应力分布特点及其加工变形潜力,并试验研究振动时效(VSR)工艺下残余应力松弛特性及其对尺寸稳定性的增益作用。结果表明,不同热作用下的残余应力分布不同且对尺寸稳定性有较大影响,VSR工艺可有效降低并均化板件残余内应力,从而提高其抗变形能力,且对尺寸稳定性的增益作用优于机械拉伸工艺。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of residual stress distribution and processing deformation potential of high strength aluminum alloy plates under quenching and welding are analyzed by non-destructive stress testing technique. The relaxation characteristics of residual stress and its gain on dimensional stability of (VSR) process under vibration aging are investigated experimentally. The results show that the VSR process can effectively reduce and homogenize the residual internal stress of the plate and improve its deformation resistance. And the gain effect on dimensional stability is better than that of mechanical drawing process.
