模具的复合激光熔敷改性工艺研究

【摘要】:采用感应一激光的复合激光熔敷技术,在H13钢热作模具表面制备了混合金属熔覆层,并进行了高温表面硬度涂层形貌、模具耐磨损性能和热疲劳性能的测试与分析。结果表明,复合激光熔敷可使模具的耐磨损性能和热疲劳性能较常规激光熔敷得到显著提高,25、300和600℃的磨损体积分别减小8%、91%和91%,网状裂纹从5级变为1级,主裂纹从4级变为1级,热裂纹从9级变为2级。耐磨损性能和热疲劳性能较常规激光熔敷得到了显著提高。
[Abstract]:The mixed metal cladding layer was prepared on the surface of H13 steel hot work die by using the composite laser cladding technique of induction laser. The morphology of hardness coating, wear resistance and thermal fatigue property of the die were tested and analyzed. The results show that the wear resistance and thermal fatigue properties of the die can be significantly increased by 891% and 91% respectively at 25300 鈩,
