焊接电流对12Cr18Mn8Ni5N奥氏体不锈钢TIG焊焊接接头组织和力学性能的影响

【摘要】:对12Cr18Mn8Ni5N奥氏体不锈钢三种电流下TIG焊焊接接头的组织和性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,在162、170、178 A电流下的焊缝为单一的奥氏体组织,组织形貌依次呈细条状、块状和粗大的柱状,热影响区组织为奥氏体和先共析铁素体。其中170 A下的焊接接头的抗拉强度最高,达到699.09 MPa,其综合力学性能最佳。
[Abstract]:The microstructure and properties of 12Cr18Mn8Ni5N austenitic stainless steel welded joints by TIG welding under three currents were investigated. The results show that the weld at 162170178 A current is a single austenitic structure with a fine stripe shape block shape and a coarse columnar shape. The microstructure of the heat-affected zone is austenite and proeutectoid ferrite. The tensile strength of the welded joints under 170A is the highest and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the welded joints reach 699.09 MPa,.
