面向MES的模具零件生产排程系统研究
[Abstract]:The scientific management of mould design and manufacturing process is beneficial to improve the efficiency of mould production and the utilization of workshop resources, shorten the production cycle of mould and reduce the cost of mould manufacturing. In this paper, based on the analysis of the characteristics and production process of die parts, aiming at the problems existing in the actual production of die parts, and taking the optimization of die processing process and scheduling management as the core, the research on the production scheduling system of die parts oriented to MES is carried out. The main research conclusions are as follows: (1) by using ADO database operation technology, the mold information input and part information input can be realized through MFC program development sequence, and the main conclusions are as follows: (1) using ADO database operation technology, mould information input and part information input are realized through MFC program development sequence. Die part process preparation and part process scheduling input function to achieve the production plan. Part process preparation is the premise of part process scheduling input, which is to allocate the machining machine and processing time period of part process. It is the concrete realization of production plan; (2) making programming process template by classification, The automatic programming of die parts is realized by means of UG/OPEN development tools and CBR technology. The generated NC code sheet and the CNC process program sheet are stored in the database and shared with the production control. (3) ADO database operation technology and GDI drawing technology are adopted to complete the receiving of machine tool parts by MFC program development sequence. The machining process of machine tool parts and the query function of Gantt chart arrangement, which arrange the parts in the form of Gantt chart on the horizontal axis of time (the machine tool is the longitudinal axis), and display the processing state of the working procedure by coloring method. Realize the graphic and concrete management of die parts production.
