热处理对高Nb-TiAl合金板材组织及力学性能的影响

【摘要】:研究了不同热处理工艺对高Nb-TiAl合金板材的显微组织及力学性能的影响。采用铸锭原料直接包套热轧制备的板材主要由残余粗化的片层团、再结晶γ晶粒和沿轧制方向带状分布的β相组成。通过不同的热处理工艺可以消除残余片层和β相,分别获得典型的双态组织、近片层组织和全片层组织。对热处理后具有双态组织的板材进行了室温和高温力学性能测试,结果表明:经热处理后,热轧板材的室温延伸率达到0.5%,屈服强度和抗拉强度分别提高到646MPa和691MPa,与铸态相比,其室温强度和塑性得到了改善,在850-900℃之间材料发生韧脆转变,并且相应断裂机理从脆性的穿晶断裂转变为孔洞的形核和聚集。
[Abstract]:The effects of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high Nb-TiAl alloy sheet were studied. The plate prepared by direct coating hot rolling with ingot raw material mainly consists of residual coarsening lamellae, recrystallized 纬 grain and 尾 phase distributed along the rolling direction. The residual lamellae and 尾 phase can be eliminated by different heat treatment processes, and typical double, near lamellar and whole lamellar structures can be obtained, respectively. The mechanical properties of the sheet with double state structure after heat treatment were tested at room and high temperature. The results showed that the elongation at room temperature reached 0.5, the yield strength and tensile strength increased to 646MPa and 691MPa respectively after heat treatment, compared with the as-cast, the tensile strength of hot-rolled sheet was 691 MPA. The strength and plasticity at room temperature have been improved, the ductile and brittle transition occurred between 850 鈩,
