一种新型近β钛合金Ti684动态力学性能与抗弹性能的研究

【摘要】:以北京理工大学自主研发的新型近β型钛合金Ti684为研究对象,以Ti-6Al-4V为参比,研究了Ti684合金的微观组织、动态力学性能以及其作为装甲材料的抗弹性能。结果表明:经900℃/15 min/WQ处理后的Ti684组织由尺寸为150μm左右的等轴β相大晶粒组成;经应变率为2600s-1的动态压缩测试后,900℃/15 min/WQ处理的Ti684较Tβ以下固溶时效处理的Ti-6Al-4V具有更高的动态强度1870 MPa和断裂失效应变0.20。具有较好动态力学性能的同时,900℃/15 min/WQ处理的Ti684在靶试抗冲击过程中产生了应力诱发马氏体,延缓了绝热剪切带的形成,表现出了比Ti-6Al-4V试样更好的抗弹性能。
