酰胺咪唑啉季铵盐合成及其缓蚀性能

【摘要】:以高纯环烷酸为原料合成了系列酰胺咪唑啉季铵盐水溶性缓蚀剂,探讨了其咪唑啉环N(1)原子上取代基与缓蚀性能之间的关系。采用取代基电子效应法和碳钢挂片失重法,从理论与实验两方面探讨了酰胺咪唑啉季铵盐对碳钢的缓蚀性能。利用数理统计方法得出,其缓蚀效率(η)与基团极化效应参数(PEIx)和—C=C—键效应指示变量D之间符合定量线性关系η=a+b PEIx+c D(a,b,c为常数),相关系数R≥0.996。该研究成果,能为离子型缓蚀剂分子设计提供一种简便易行的新方法,为找到具有更佳缓蚀性能的新型咪唑啉缓蚀剂提供参考。
[Abstract]:A series of water soluble corrosion inhibitors of imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt were synthesized from high purity naphthenic acid. The relationship between the suppressive group of N (1) atom and the corrosion inhibition property of imidazoline ring N (1) was discussed. The corrosion inhibition properties of aminoimidazoline quaternary ammonium salt on carbon steel were studied theoretically and experimentally by means of substitution electron effect method and hanging plate weight loss method. By means of mathematical statistics, it is found that the inhibition efficiency (畏) is in accordance with the quantitative linear relation 畏 = a b PEIx c D (a BJ c between the parameters of group polarization effect (PEIx) and C-C bond effect indicator variable D, and the correlation coefficient R 鈮,
