基于Yoshida-Uemori模型的TRIP800高强钢回弹分析

【摘要】:利用自行研制的试验装置进行了TRIP800高强钢的平面拉伸压缩试验,建立了TRIP800高强钢Yoshida-Uemori(Y-U)硬化模型,并对该模型进行了验证。在此基础上,进行了U形件冲压回弹分析,结果表明:基于Y-U材料硬化模型的U形件回弹比等向硬化模型具有更大的回弹值。
[Abstract]:The plane tensile compression test of TRIP800 high strength steel was carried out by using the self-made test device. The hardening model of TRIP800 high strength steel Yoshida-Uemori (Y-U) was established and verified. On this basis, the springback analysis of U-shaped parts is carried out. The results show that the springback of U-shaped parts based on Y-U material hardening model is greater than that of isotropic hardening model.
