冲压模具生产线涂油工位改进策略研究

【摘要】:伴随着我国经济的迅速发展,国内还是以大量的人工冲压线为主,冲压模具生产线的改造是提升人工冲压线生产效率与制件质量的主要手段。减少每个工位的生产时间,提高生产线的生产效率。在提高产品生产质量的同时,有效的增强企业产品的竞争力。本文介绍国内外自动冲压线发展的现状,并且对国内大量人工冲压线进行自动化升级改造进行研究分析,以长春某汽车制品有限公司冲压线改造项目为实例进行了自动化改造研究。总结现有冲压模具生产线上存在的生产节拍长、操作工人多、操作存安全隐患等缺陷,并且对其分析,对生产线人工涂油工位进行改造,以缩短生产节拍为依据、减少操作人员为目的设计了半自动涂油机。根据涂油原理优化涂油控制系统。以保证准确的完成涂油工位的生产要求,以提高整条生产线的生产效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in our country, a large number of manual stamping lines are still used in our country. The transformation of stamping die production line is the main means to improve the production efficiency and the quality of parts. Reduce the production time of each station and improve the production efficiency of the production line. At the same time to improve the quality of production, effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprise products. This paper introduces the status quo of automatic stamping line development at home and abroad, and studies and analyzes a large number of manual stamping lines in China for automatic upgrading. Taking the stamping line reconstruction project of Changchun Automobile products Co., Ltd as an example, the automatic transformation research is carried out. This paper summarizes the defects existing in the existing stamping die production line, such as long production rhythm, many operation workers, hidden dangers of operation safety, etc., and analyzes the defects of the existing stamping die production line, and reconstructs the artificial oil painting work station of the production line in order to shorten the production rhythm. A semi-automatic oiler is designed for the purpose of reducing the number of operators. According to the principle of oil coating, the control system of oil coating is optimized. In order to ensure the accurate completion of the production requirements of the oiling station, to improve the production efficiency of the entire production line.
