质量控制方法在R95套管热处理工艺优化中的应用

【摘要】:针对某公司生产的R95钢级套管屈服强度不够的问题,采用工序能力指数法评价了热处理工序能力指数,并用正交试验法从淬火温度、淬火保温时间、回火温度、回火保温时间四个方面进行四因素三水平分析,提出优化后热处理方案;优化后热处理方案经实际验证,大大提高了该工序能力指数;最后提出了R95钢级套管热处理的改进措施。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the yield strength of R95 steel casing produced by a company is not enough, the process capability index is evaluated by the method of process capability index, and the quenching temperature, quenching holding time and tempering temperature are analyzed by orthogonal test. Four factors and three levels were analyzed in four aspects of tempering time, and the optimized post-heat treatment scheme was put forward. The optimized post-heat treatment scheme has been verified by practice, and the capability index of this process has been greatly improved. Finally, the improvement measures for heat treatment of R95 steel casing have been put forward.
