稀土对低碳低合金钢氧化性能的影响

【摘要】:针对不加稀土与添加镧铈混合稀土的低碳低合金钢,在立式管式炉中进行950~1250℃的恒温氧化实验,利用静态增重法绘制氧化动力学曲线,采用扫描电镜对实验钢表面的氧化膜形貌进行观察。结果表明:950~1250℃的恒温氧化动力学曲线均符合抛物线规律,氧化膜具有保护性。稀土的添加提高低碳低合金钢的反应激活能,降低氧化速率常数,提高了抗高温氧化性能,且稀土含量较高的,抗高温氧化性能更好。稀土的添加细化了低碳低合金钢氧化膜的晶粒,增强了氧化膜与基体的粘附性,使氧化膜不易脱落,从而有助于提高抗氧化性能。
