硬质合金磁饱和测量系统的数据处理与软件设计
[Abstract]:In this paper, the industry background and technical development of magnetic saturation measurement of cemented carbide are studied and expounded. In view of the magnetic saturation measurement system, a high precision data processing method is designed and verified, and a convenient and friendly upper computer software is developed. The dynamic link library technology, multi-thread technology and database technology are used successfully. These key technologies provide great convenience for the data processing and software design of the whole project. The methods of data processing, such as digital filtering, digital integration, data fitting, system zeroing and calibration, have been used to improve the stability of the measurement system and the efficiency of the project development. The filter uses a digital filter with finite length impulse response based on window function. The integration is based on the complex Simpson integral algorithm and the least square method is used to fit the data in a piecewise straight line. Compared with the traditional data processing method for magnetic saturation measurement of cemented carbides, this method has the advantages of high precision and good repeatability. PC software is based on Delphi programming software development, integrated data tables, graphic display, automatic and manual control mode, measurement settings, status bar, data export, form printing, port monitoring, data query, Table font settings and related personnel options, to create a convenient and friendly software interface. The function of authority management is realized, which sets different limits of authority for administrators, surveyors and developers, which can effectively guarantee data security and system security, and also provide convenience for users and debuggers. In the end, several standard cemented carbide samples were measured repeatedly, and the performance of the measured data was observed by changing the measuring order and working time. The experimental results show that the performance of the measurement system is in line with expectations and has the advantages of high accuracy, high efficiency and high stability. The reliability of the data processing method and the stability of the upper computer software are verified.
