Fe-Cr-Mn-N非晶合金的机械合金化制备、退火处理与磁性能研究

【摘要】:宽过冷液相区的非晶合金是一种新材料,具有优异的机械性能与独特的功能特性,是国内外材料科学与工程领域研究的热点问题之一。而Fe基非晶合金不但具有优良的力学性能,还具有优异的软磁性能,存在广阔的应用前景。本文以Fe60Cr15Mn10N15多元非晶合金为研究对象,采用XRD、SEM、DSC、VSM等研究了Fe60Cr15Mn10N15非晶合金的MA形成过程、非晶的退火转变以及其磁性能。研究结果表明:采用MA经40小时球磨可以制备Fe60Cr15Mn10N15非晶合金,其玻璃转变温度Tg=437℃,晶化温度Tx=519℃过冷液相区宽度△Tx=82℃;延长球磨时间,非晶合金开始析出Cr2N晶体相;球磨过程中,粉体组织演变过程为:混合粉体→过饱和固溶体+Cr2N→非晶合金→非晶合金+Cr2N;热力学计算表明Fe60Cr15Mn10N15多元非晶合金体系的化学混合焓ΔHchem=-0.24KJ/mol,非晶形成焓ΔHform=-6.610KJ/mol,说明该成分合金满足形成非晶的热力学条件;采用8%Mo元素替换Cr元素,球磨120h后,仍具有较强的Mo峰存在;采用7%B元素替换N元素,球磨120h,仍具有较强的Cr2N峰存在;Fe60Cr15Mn10N15非晶合金粉末差热分析时,随加热速度的增加,其特征温度均向高温方向移动,具有明显的动力学效应,拟合的Kissinger方程得出该非晶合金的表观激活能分别为:Eg=117.75kJ/mol和Ex1=129.56kJ/mol;通过Losocka方程拟合得到Kauzmann温度为Tk=127K;对Fe60Cr15Mn10N15非晶合金的等温退火表明其晶化过程中组织演变过程为:非晶合金→非晶合金+Cr2N→α-Fe+Cr2N→α-Fe+CrN+Cr2N; Fe60Cr15Mn10N15合金体系在球磨过程中和不同温度等温退火后都呈现出优良的软磁性能,两者的软磁性能变化都是随着非晶含量的增加而提高,随晶体相的增多而下降,全非晶态时Fe60Cr15Mn10N15综合软磁性能最优。
