机电一体化设备材料304不锈钢微观组织和力学性能研究

【摘要】:以机电一体化设备材料304奥氏体不锈钢为研究对象,对其在不同热处理下的微观组织和力学性能进行研究。结果表明:不锈钢为单相奥氏体组织,基材晶粒粗大且其大小长短极其不均匀;经过冷轧处理,其微观组织晶粒大小很不均匀,分布紊乱;700℃保温5h退火处理,晶粒大小略微均匀;800℃时效2h,晶粒大小比较细小、均匀;随着温度升高,铁素体相质量分数下降,奥氏体相质量分数逐渐升高;随退火温度升高和时效时间延长,不锈钢显微硬度和抗拉强度逐渐降低,适量缩短固溶时间可以提高不锈钢的力学性能。
