【摘要】:研究机械热处理对新型亚稳态β钛生物合金显微组织和电化学行为的影响。机械热处理方法包括在β相转变温度下热加工处理及在相同温度固溶热处理,经不同冷却速率冷却后进行时效处理。在不同的机械热处理条件下获得具不同空间分布和等轴/拉长α和β相形貌的合金组织。这些合金组织具有不同的电化学性能。通过开路电位和动电位极化测试方法,测定合金在37℃Na Cl溶液(林格氏试剂)中的腐蚀行为。
[Abstract]:The effect of mechanical heat treatment on microstructure and electrochemical behavior of a new type of metastable 尾-titanium biomalloy was studied. The mechanical heat treatment includes hot working at 尾 phase transition temperature and solid solution heat treatment at the same temperature, and aging treatment after cooling at different cooling rates. The microstructure of the alloy with different spatial distribution and equiaxed / elongated 伪 and 尾 phase morphology was obtained under different mechanical heat treatment conditions.
