激光立体成形零件竖直外侧壁向内倾斜的形成及模型

【摘要】:采用激光立体成形制备了层数逐渐增加的块状试样,分析了零件竖直外侧壁向内倾斜的原因.基于利用粉末累积高度重构单道熔覆层横截面轮廓的方法,构建了描述竖直外侧壁轮廓逐层演化的分析模型.利用该模型重构了不同单道熔覆层宽高比和激光束有效作用范围下的竖直外侧壁轮廓,并分析了2者的影响.结果表明,逐层叠加过程中,已沉积的熔覆层将影响之后熔覆层的形成;由于单道熔覆层的横截面为弧形,其与激光束相交形成的边界熔池将向零件内部收缩,从而引起边界单道熔覆层向内收缩及竖直外侧壁向内侧倾斜;随沉积高度增加,倾斜程度减小并趋于消失.初始单道熔覆层宽度一定时,减小激光束有效作用范围有利于外侧壁趋于竖直但却增大其偏离量;单道熔覆层宽高比对外侧壁的影响几乎可以忽略.
[Abstract]:Bulk samples with gradually increasing layers were prepared by laser stereoscopic forming, and the reason for the vertical lateral wall of the parts to be tilted inward was analyzed. Based on the method of reconstructing the cross-section profile of single-pass cladding layer by using the accumulated height of powder, an analytical model describing the layer-by-layer evolution of the profile of the vertical outer wall is constructed. The profile of vertical lateral wall with different width-to-height ratio of single-channel cladding layer and effective range of laser beam is reconstructed by using the model, and the influence of the two factors is analyzed. The results show that the deposited cladding layer will affect the formation of subsequent cladding layer in the process of layer-by-layer stacking. Because the cross-section of the single-pass cladding layer is arc, the boundary pool formed by its intersection with the laser beam will shrink to the interior of the part, resulting in the inner shrinkage of the single-pass cladding layer and the inclination of the vertical outer wall to the inside; With the increase of deposition height, the tilt degree decreases and tends to disappear. When the initial single-channel cladding layer width is constant, reducing the effective range of laser beam is beneficial for the lateral wall to tend to vertical but increase its deviation, and the influence of the width-height ratio of the single-pass cladding layer on the outer side wall is almost negligible.
