改性超细SiC粉体对球墨铸铁低温韧性的影响

【摘要】:低温高韧性球墨铸铁力学性能优良,在工业上应用广泛,风力发电等领域的未来趋势对其提出了更高要求。通过向铸态球墨铸铁中添加改性超细SiC粉体研究其低温韧性。结果表明:随着改性超细SiC粉体的加入,铸态球墨铸铁中的石墨球细化,球化率提高;组织分布均匀,铁素体含量增加;在常温、-20℃和-40℃下试样的冲击功分别提高19.56%、5.37%、6.15%。
[Abstract]:Low-temperature and high-toughness ductile iron has excellent mechanical properties and is widely used in industry. The future trend of wind power generation puts forward higher requirements for it. The low-temperature toughness of as-cast ductile iron was studied by adding modified ultra-fine SiC powder. The results show that with the addition of modified ultra-fine SiC powder, the graphite ball in as-cast nodular cast iron is refined and the spheroidization rate is increased, the microstructure distribution is uniform and the ferrite content is increased.
