电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铝合金中铍

【摘要】:使用盐酸和硝酸溶解样品,采用基体匹配法绘制校准曲线消除基体效应的影响,选择灵敏度高且不受共存元素影响的谱线Be 313.107nm作为分析线,建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定铝合金中铍质量分数为0.000 05%~0.000 5%的分析方法。方法中铍的检出限为0.000 001 6%(质量分数)。铍质量浓度在0.002~0.020μg/mL范围内,校准曲线的线性回归方程为I=8.894×106ρ+1.747×105,相关系数r=0.999 6。按照实验方法测定铝合金标准样品中铍,测定值与认定值一致,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)小于10%。
