高强度22MnB5硼钢板热冲压成形工艺研究

【摘要】:汽车车身轻量化是降低汽车能耗的有效措施之一。采用高强度钢板制造汽车零部件,车身减重同时可提高碰撞安全性。高强度钢板通常采用热冲压工艺,即在高温下冲压成形后在模具上进行保压淬火,最终获得热冲压零件。本文以高强度22Mn B5硼钢板和基于22Mn B5设计的Q-P钢(以下统称97#钢)为研究对象,进行热冲压实验,选取合理工艺参数,并设计用以对22Mn B5硼钢板进行热冲压的车门防撞梁零件的热冲压模具及其冷却系统,研究内容结果如下:1优化了热冲压工艺参数:奥氏体化温度950℃,奥氏体化时间5min,保压时间60s。结果表明,在优化后的工艺参数条件下,工件抗拉强度可达到1600MPa,延伸率为11±1%。相比于目前商用22Mn B5热冲压件,工件抗拉强度提高了100MPa左右,延伸率提高了3~5%。2.对97#钢热冲压工艺参数进行选择,在淬火过程中,在模具200℃下等温处理5min,可获得抗拉强度可达到1975MPa,延伸率为10.4%,强塑积达到20GPa·%的综合性能优异的工件。3.通过对汽车车门防撞梁零件特征分析,综合热冲压模具设计要求,对车门防撞梁热冲压模具的关键参数(模具材料、凸凹模间隙、冲压方向等)进行了选择,设计了车门防撞梁热冲压模具。4.通过多场耦合的数值模拟分析方法对车门防撞梁热冲压模具冷却系统进行了研究。研究结果表明,冷却管路距模具型面的间距H对模具、工件的冷却效果的影响最大,其次为管路间距S,管路直径D的影响程度最小。几何参数的影响其本质为:更多冷却水均匀地靠近工件时,换热效果越好。
[Abstract]:The lightweight of automobile body is one of the effective measures to reduce the energy consumption of automobile. The automobile parts are made of high strength steel plate, and the weight loss of the body can improve the collision safety at the same time. The hot stamping process is usually used for high strength steel plate, that is to say, the hot stamping parts can be obtained by holding pressure quenching on the die after stamping at high temperature. In this paper, high-strength 22Mn B5 boron steel and 22Mn B5-based QZP steel (97 # steel) as the research object, the hot stamping experiment is carried out, and the reasonable technological parameters are selected.
