复杂大断面6005A铝合金型材挤压生产工艺分析

【摘要】：6005A铝合金是一种中等强度铝合金,已经成为轨道交通车辆制造中的重要材料。跟踪和分析了6005A-T6铝合金复杂大断面型材批量生产过程,总结了在合金成分设计、挤压和热处理等工艺方面适用的工艺参数。
[Abstract]:6005A aluminum alloy is a kind of medium strength aluminum alloy, which has become an important material in the manufacture of rail transit vehicles. The mass production process of 6005A-T6 aluminum alloy complex large section profile was followed and analyzed, and the suitable process parameters in alloy composition design, extrusion and heat treatment were summarized.
