激光焊自动送丝系统

【摘要】:针对拼接板材间隙较大,焊接过程容易出现漏焊的情况,设计了自动送丝系统。送丝系统主要由驱动机构、送丝轮和矫直机构组成,其中焊丝矫直机构,使焊丝在进入送丝软管前不发生弯曲。通过理论计算及实际测试,该激光送丝焊接系统所允许的间隙量为0.3 mm,保证焊接过程的稳定性及焊缝的一致性。
[Abstract]:An automatic wire feeding system is designed to solve the problem that the gap of spliced plate is large and the welding process is prone to leakage welding. The wire feeding system is mainly composed of driving mechanism, wire feeding wheel and straightening mechanism, in which the wire straightening mechanism does not bend before entering the wire feeding hose. Through theoretical calculation and practical test, the allowable clearance of the laser wire feeding welding system is 0.3 mm, to ensure the stability of the welding process and the consistency of the weld.
