工业纯铜渗铝层的热处理工艺

【摘要】:首先采用粉末包埋法对工业纯铜进行渗铝,为进一步提高渗铝层强化效果,采用固溶处理、时效、深冷处理等多种工艺对工业纯铜渗铝层进行热处理。对热处理后的渗层的组织结构、硬度、耐磨性、耐蚀性及抗氧化性进行了研究。研究结果表明,渗铝层为α+(α+γ_2)组织。固溶水冷后,获得类似马氏体的针状组织β',深冷处理后,获得具有一定脱溶析出的细小β'组织,β'在300℃时效处理时发生脱溶,析出大量弥散析出相。经各种热处理后,硬度、耐磨性、耐蚀性及抗氧化性均有所提高。其中,固溶加热后直接液氮冷却+时效处理后,硬度达145.9 HRF;时效处理后大量弥第二相析出,有利提高耐磨性;渗层耐蚀性较纯铜提高一个数量级;热处理后组织更为细小致密,有效抑制表面氧化,表现出更好的抗氧化性。本研究采用的复合热处理工艺使纯铜渗铝层使用性能大幅提高,具有十分重要的实际应用价值。
[Abstract]:Firstly, aluminizing of industrial pure copper was carried out by powder embedding method. In order to further improve the strengthening effect of aluminized layer, solid solution treatment, aging, cryogenic treatment and other processes were used to heat treat the aluminized layer of industrial pure copper. The microstructure, hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of the infiltrated layer after heat treatment were studied. The results show that the aluminized layer is 伪 (伪 纬 _ 2) structure. After solid solution water cooling, the acicular structure 尾 'similar to martensite was obtained. After cryogenic treatment, the fine 尾' structure with a certain degree of desolubilization and precipitation was obtained. 尾 'was desoluted and a large number of dispersed precipitates were precipitated when the 尾' was aged at 300 鈩,
