X80钢及其焊缝在大港盐碱土模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为

【摘要】:为了掌握X80钢及其焊缝在天津大港盐碱土模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为规律,采用动电位扫描和电化学阻抗技术,研究了X80钢在大港盐碱土中的腐蚀过程,并用2273电化学工作站和ZSimp Win软件对试验结果进行了拟合。结果显示:X80管线钢及焊接接头在大港盐碱土模拟溶液中的极化曲线都具有活性溶解特征;X80钢焊缝经过焊接热作用后,掺入了某些耐腐蚀的合金元素,导致其耐蚀性强于母材。
[Abstract]:In order to master the corrosion behavior of X80 steel and its weld in the simulated solution of Tianjin Dagang, the corrosion process of X80 steel was studied by using dynamic potential scanning and electrochemical impedance technology. The test results were fitted with the 2273 electrochemical workstation and the ZSimp Win software. The results show that the polarization curves of X80 pipeline steel and welded joint in the simulated solution of Dagang saline soil have the active dissolution characteristics; after the X80 steel weld is subjected to welding heat, some corrosion-resistant alloy elements are incorporated, and the corrosion resistance of the X80 pipeline steel and the welding joint is stronger than that of the base material.
