气体保护钨极焊接A356铸造铝合金的显微组织与力学性能(英文)
[Abstract]:Under the condition of pulse frequency of 1, 3 and 5Hz, gas shielded tungsten electrode welding of A356cast aluminum alloy was carried out with ER1100,ER4043,ER4047 and ER5356 solder, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint were studied. The results show that the solder and pulse frequency have an important effect on the grain structure of the welding zone. The eutectic structure with the highest volume fraction (44%) can be obtained by using ER4047 solder. The tensile fracture surface of the specimen shows that the fracture does not occur in the fusion and welding zone. The maximum impact toughness (4 J),) can be obtained by using ER4047 solder and the maximum hardness (HV 90) can be obtained by using ER5356 solder.
