连续多类型曲线段进给速度前瞻规划
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of forward planning of feed speed in the process of mixed interpolation of multi-type curve segments formed by straight line, arc and parameter curve, a forward planning algorithm of feed speed of continuous multi-type curve segment is proposed. In this algorithm, the pre-read machining path is used as the feed speed planning unit, and the continuous multi-type curve segments are generated by dividing the curve segments; according to the interpolation geometric error and the dynamic parameters of the machine tool, the feed speed constraint of the joint point between the segments is established, and the feed speed parameters of each curve segment under the curve length constraint are accurately calculated by using the cubic multinomial feed speed curve, so as to give full play to the dynamic performance of the machine tool. The backtracking reprogramming strategy is used for global planning to realize the velocity continuity between segments, and the residual length is reduced and the end point accuracy is improved by using the feed speed planning residual compensation strategy. The example analysis shows that the algorithm can significantly improve the end point accuracy, generate a smooth feed speed curve, and reduce the processing time. The machining experiments show that the algorithm is effective and feasible, and can give full play to the dynamic performance of the machine tool.
