退火温度对汽车用高强钢组织和拉伸性能的影响

【摘要】:通过对自制的高强钢进行退火处理,研究了退火温度对高强钢组织和拉伸性能的影响。研究结果表明,当退火温度较低时,高强钢组织中主要为马氏体;随退火温度升高,马氏体逐渐向贝氏体和珠光体转变。当退火温度为850℃时,高强钢的拉伸强度为631.4 MPa,伸长率为22.6%。
