AISI-L6低温辅助车削可持续加工性与工艺参数优化(英文)

为提高生产效率,近年来切削液在机械加工领域的应用显著增加。然而,考虑到切削液对生态、环境和社会有影响,研究人员转向了对环境更友好的冷却条件,如低温冷却。为分析切削速度和进给速度对AISI-L6工具钢在低温冷却条件下的加工性能的影响,采用L9田口灰度关联分析(Grey relational analysis,GRA)分别对切削能量、表面粗糙度、刀具磨损和材料去除率(Material removal rate,MRR)等关键加工指标进行了实验研究。结果表明,切削速度160 m/min和进给速度0.16 mm/r是最优切削参数,能显著提高AISI-L6工具钢加工性能。
