非正交超精密切削加工金刚石刀具非均化磨损技术研究

  本文考虑了在车床上采用旋转获得球面和刀具附加直线运动的加工方案,即非球面刀具的切削部分与切削层和加工层(平面、球面和非球面)的接触条件。还尝试根据切削条件和每个单独点的接触持续时间来分析预测金刚石刀具的可能磨损,这对于长期加工大块零件特别重要。根据预期磨损的数据,以及由此产生的刀具形状变化及其切削零件特性,估计这些变化对加工表面形状的影响。为了提高刀具寿命和加工表面性能,提出了轨迹和切削参数的修正建议。
