【摘要】:随着人们生活质量的不断提高,中国逐步进入老龄化社会,使用助听器的听力损失患者越来越多。目前国内盒式机市场主要被低端模拟机所占领,数字产品寥寥无几,因此,论文设计了一种基于DSP的盒式数字助听器系统,实现了低成本、功耗低、失真小、可调性强的高性能数字盒式机,具有较高的实用价值和广阔的市场前景。 盒式数字助听器系统以数字DSP芯片为微处理器,实现对输入音源的降噪处理以及宽动态范围压缩,使之在保证语音的清晰度、自然度的条件下,输出达到不同听力损失患者的听阈范围的语音信号的系统。论文对目前国内盒式机市场进行调研和测试,按照市场主流产品的功能,设计了基于BR261及BS300的两种数字芯片的盒式助听器系统方案。硬件设计按照模块设计、实验分析、整机设计的方案进行,通过多次分析对比试验,根据工作电压、增益大小等参数确定EEPROM、MIC等其他器件的型号及供电方式,确定语音通道与模式输出方式对整机的影响,从而完成整机的硬件设计和修改。 软件设计主要实现对软件模块参数配置,调试助听器效果。通过软硬件的整体调试,在实现助听器基本功能的基础上进行降低电路噪声及功耗的相关实验和改进,实现了完全达到盒式机产品的行业要求标准,即达到了满档声增益50dB,偏差小于±4;最大饱和声压级120dB,偏差小于±4;等效输入噪声不大于32dB;总谐波失真在小于1KHz时小于15%,大于1KHz时小于10%,工作电流小于10mA,工作电压最低小于1.5V。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of quality of life, China gradually entered the aging society, more and more patients with hearing loss with hearing aids. The current domestic market is mainly low-end cassette machine simulation machine occupied digital products so scanty, this paper designs a type of digital hearing aid system based on DSP, to realize the low cost and power consumption low, low distortion, high performance digital cassette machine adjustability, has high practical value and broad market prospects.
A digital hearing aid system with digital DSP chip microprocessor to realize the input audio noise reduction and wide dynamic range compression, to ensure the quality of speech, natural conditions, system of speech signal output to different patients with hearing loss of the threshold range. The paper on the current domestic market research and cassette machine according to the test, the function of the market mainstream products, the design of the hearing cassette system scheme two digital chip BR261 and based on BS300. According to the design of hardware module design, experimental analysis, the whole design scheme, through repeated comparison and analysis of test, according to the working voltage, the EEPROM determines the gain size and other parameters, type and power of MIC other devices, to determine the influence of voice channels and the model output of the machine, thus completing the hardware design and modification of the machine.
The software design mainly realizes the configuration of software debugging module parameters, the effect of hearing aid. By debugging of hardware and software, related experiments and improvement to reduce noise and power consumption of the circuit based on the realization of the basic functions of the hearing aid, to achieve a complete product line to cassette machine industry standard, which achieves the full acoustic gain 50dB and the error is less than 4; the maximum saturated level 120dB, deviation is less than 4; the equivalent input noise is not greater than 32dB; the total harmonic distortion is less than 1KHz less than 15%, more than 1KHz less than 10%, the working current is less than 10mA, the minimum working voltage is less than 1.5V.
