【摘要】:]DC是互联网数据中心Internet Data Center的简称,它是基于因特网,专为集中加工处理、接收、发送和存贮数据的相关计算机与通信设备提供维护运行的设施场所,并为之提供相关的服务 [1]。IDC机房中的设备种类较多,包括各种动力设备、空调系统、安保系统、网络通信设备、大容量存储设备及大、中型服务器等。为保障各种设备及IDC服务器的正常运行、防止存储数据丢失,对IDC机房电源进行保护及不间断供电就显得尤为重要。目前国内外普遍的做法是采用以交流市电供电为主,加上相应的后备电源构成整个的电源系统。后备电源系统主要有以下几种方式:UPS电源技术、高压直流供电技术、热插拔模块化UPS技术、锂离子蓄电池技术等[2] 本文设计规划的联通IDC机房配电保护控制系统,采用基于ARM7TDMI版本的嵌入式处理器LPC2119为核心,结合可靠的检测与控制电路,实现对IDC机房主市电、备用市电及交流发电机组的快速自投,同时具备三相380V和单相220V交流电源的过流保护、过压保护、欠压保护、漏电保护,以及三相380V交流输入电源的缺相保护等功能。经过投入联通IDC机房一段时期的运行情况来看,本系统可以较好地解决市电供电系统的断电、电流浪涌、频率突变、电压突变、电压纹波、频率漂移、电压突降、脉冲干扰以及外界雷击尖锋等问题,从而保障IDC机房中设备的正常运行。同时配合UPS电源技术,可有效防止存储数据的丢失,维持IDC服务的正常运行。 本系统不仅有效保障机房值守人员的人身安全和设备安全,也为IDC机房不间断网络通信服务提供支撑,因此带来巨大的经济效益。

[2] The distribution protection control system of Unicom IDC room is designed in this paper. The embedded processor LPC2119 based on ARM7TDMI version is used as the core, and the reliable detection and control circuit is combined. The main power supply, standby power supply and AC generator set in the IDC engine room can be switched on automatically. At the same time, the over-current protection, over-voltage protection and under-voltage protection of the three-phase 380V and single-phase 220V AC power supply can be realized. Leakage protection, as well as three-phase 380V AC input power supply phase protection and other functions. After putting into the IDC room for a period of time operation. The system can solve the problems of power failure, current surge, frequency mutation, voltage mutation, voltage ripple, frequency drift, voltage sudden drop, pulse interference and external lightning spike. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment in the IDC room and with the UPS power technology, it can effectively prevent the loss of stored data and maintain the normal operation of the IDC service. This system not only effectively guarantees the personal safety and equipment safety of the personnel on duty in the computer room, but also provides the support for the uninterrupted network communication service of the IDC computer room, which brings enormous economic benefits.
