【摘要】:随着生活水平的提高,居民越来越关注自己的健康,一种全新的医疗旅游是目前兴起的一个新型产业,这使得医疗机构保健机构更趋向于多元化,而我国目前却没有统一的标准和平台来供这些机构使用、管理大量的居民健康档案。科学技术、经济的发展,信息化管理逐渐遍布各个医疗领域,大大提高了整个医疗机构的管理效率,但由于医疗机构之间没有统一的标准,无法达到信息的共享。并且我国医疗资源紧张,医生少,病人多,每到一个地方就诊,需要重复的挂号和做各种身体检查,既浪费了医疗资源又增加了病人的医疗费用。我国国土资源面积较大,病人跨区域就诊时常发生,却没有统一的平台可以进行健康档案的共享管理,方便病患的随时随地查找。 在医疗旅游的快速发展的背景下,构建健康档案管理系统迫在眉急。Hadoop凭借其可靠性、高效性及可伸缩性、廉价等优点,目前被广泛应用于各个云存储平台。Hadoop满足有效的数据存储、访问和共享,具有较大的扩展性,是健康档案构建管理系统的最佳平台选择。本文阐述了目前医疗旅游的发展状况和医疗领域信息化发展现状。着重介绍了云计算和Hadoop平台的架构和相关技术。本文将采用Hadoop设计健康档案管理平台,实现健康档案的共享。HDFS作为Hadoop的分布式文件存储,其设计之初是用来存储大量大文件数据,并不适合用来处理大量的小文件,通过分析目前系统中小文件存储的现状,阐述目前主流的解决方案,提出一种改进的小文件存储优化方案。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standards, people are increasingly concerned about their health, a new medical tourism is a new industry currently rising, which makes health medical institutions tend to be more diversified, but at present there is no uniform standard and platform for these institutions, a large number of residents health archives management of science and technology, economic development, information management gradually in various medical fields, greatly improving the efficiency of management of medical institutions, but because there is no uniform standard of medical institutions, the sharing of information. And can not achieve the medical resources in China, the doctor, the patient, each to a local clinic, need repeat the registration and do physical examination, not only a waste of medical resources and increasing the patient's medical expenses. Land area in our country is large, with cross regional visits often occur, but there is no uniform One platform can carry on the sharing management of the health files to facilitate the patients to find at any time and in the field.
In the rapid development of Medical Tourism under the background of constructing a health management system in the Meiji.Hadoop by virtue of its reliability, scalable and high efficient, inexpensive, widely used in various cloud storage platform.Hadoop meet the efficient data storage, access and sharing, has greater expansibility, is the best platform set up the management system of health records. This paper expounds the present situation of the current development status of medical tourism and medical information development. Focuses on the cloud computing platform and Hadoop architecture and related technology. This paper will use the Hadoop design of health management platform, realize the sharing of.HDFS health records as a distributed file storage of Hadoop, the design of the the beginning is used to store large data files, is not suitable for processing a large number of small files, through the analysis of the present situation of small file storage system,. The current mainstream solution is presented, and an improved optimization scheme for small file storage is proposed.
