无人值守通信机房的数据采集系统

【摘要】:随着科学技术的飞速发展,传统的数据采集系统已经无法满足人们生产和生活的需求。取而代之的是数字型的智能数据采集系统,嵌入式技术的发展为这一领域注入了新的活力,,基于嵌入式技术的数据采集系统应用而生并且得到了广泛关注。本文采用嵌入式微处理器S3C2440作为主控制器,在嵌入式操作系统Linux的支持下,设计并实现了基于嵌入式的无人值守铁路通信机房的数据采集系统,主要完成机房内现场温度的采集和当机房内出现非法入侵时现场图像的采集工作。 本文首先给出了基于嵌入式处理器S3C2440的无人值守通信机房的数据采集系统的整体设计方案,搭建系统开发所需要的软硬件平台。其次分模块介绍具体实现的功能,本系统设计分为三大模块:图像采集模块、温度采集模块、网络传输模块。图像采集部分选用摄像头OV9650,利用Linux提供的Video4Linux API接口函数来完成机房内的图像采集,并通过帧差法原理实现机房内运动目标的检测,最后经过图像格式转换和图像压缩,主动上传图像给监控中心。温度采集模块选用单总线型数字传感器DS18B20,通过DS18B20来监测机房的温度,当机房内温度超过设定限制时,主动上传温度值实现报警功能。网络传输采用典型的C/S模式,把采集板S3C2440作为客户端,把监控中心作为服务器端,通过基于TCP/IP协议的Socket通信技术实现客户端与服务器之间的通信。最后,进行系统测试,所设计系统符合了设计要求。 本系统采用模块化的设计方法,使得设计更加简洁、高效,具有良好的扩展性和易用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the traditional data acquisition system has been unable to meet the needs of people's production and life. Instead, the digital intelligent data acquisition system has been replaced. The development of embedded technology has injected new vitality into this field. The application of data acquisition system based on embedded technology has been widely concerned. In this paper, the embedded microprocessor S3C2440 is used as the main controller. With the support of embedded operating system Linux, a data acquisition system based on embedded unattended railway communication room is designed and implemented. Mainly completes the computer room spot temperature collection and the scene image collection work when the computer room occurs the illegal invasion. In this paper, the whole design of the data acquisition system based on the embedded processor S3C2440 in the unattended communication room is presented. Build the software and hardware platform needed to develop the system. Secondly, the system is divided into three modules: image acquisition module, temperature acquisition module. Network transmission module. The image acquisition part uses the camera OV9650, using the Video4Linux API interface function provided by Linux to complete the image acquisition in the computer room. And through the frame difference method principle to achieve the detection of moving objects in the computer room, finally through the image format conversion and image compression. The single bus digital sensor DS18B20 is used in the temperature acquisition module to monitor the temperature of the computer room through DS18B20, when the temperature in the room exceeds the set limit. The network transmission adopts the typical C / S mode, takes the acquisition board S3C2440 as the client and the monitoring center as the server. The communication between client and server is realized by Socket communication technology based on TCP/IP protocol. Finally, the system is tested and the system meets the design requirements. The system adopts modular design method to make the design more concise, efficient, extensible and easy to use.
