实时嵌入式光电瞄准吊舱传递对准系统设计

【摘要】:光电瞄准吊舱系统具有自动目标识别与跟踪、远程打击以及全天候昼夜作战等能力,因此在现代高科技战争中起到关键作用。以XX型军用飞机挂载的光电瞄准吊舱为背景,为实现光电瞄准吊舱高精度地注视、稳定跟踪,提出在光电瞄准吊舱系统中安装捷联惯性导航系统的方案。采用传递对准函数,当飞机一开始机动,包括起飞滑跑时,传递对准函数就自动使吊舱瞄准线与飞机平视显示器校靶。 首先,简要地阐述了捷联惯性导航系统的基本原理,总结了捷联惯导的解算方法,分析了光电瞄准吊舱传递对准的工作时序,介绍了标准卡尔曼滤波方法;其次,搭建了基于“速度”匹配的传递对准算法模型,并对该模型进行了数字仿真;然后,建立了动基座传递对准系统模型,根据需要分析并选用了惯性测量元件、实时嵌入式处理器MPC8245、实时操作系统VxWorks。分析并设计了瞄准吊舱传递对准实时多任务的整体框架。 在VxWorks操作系统的开发软件Tornado环境下,完成了实时传递对准多任务的编写、代码优化工作和调试实验。多次实验结果证明了实时嵌入式传递对准多任务整体设计方案的可行性,是创新性的工程实践。为今后的实时传递对准多任务设计提供了参考,同时也为工程样机产品化奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:The photoelectric aiming pods system has the capability of automatic target recognition and tracking, long-range strike and all-weather operation day and night, so it plays a key role in modern high-tech warfare. In order to achieve high precision gaze and stable tracking of photoelectric aiming pods, a scheme of installing strapdown inertial navigation system in photoelectric aiming pods system is proposed. The transfer alignment function is used when the aircraft starts to maneuver, including take-off and taxiing. The transfer alignment function automatically aligns the podded line of sight with the plane-view display. Firstly, the basic principle of strapdown inertial navigation system is briefly expounded, the calculation method of strapdown inertial navigation is summarized, the working sequence of transfer alignment of photoelectric aiming pods is analyzed, and the standard Kalman filtering method is introduced. The transfer alignment algorithm model based on "velocity" matching is built, and the model is simulated. Then, the transfer alignment system model of moving pedestal is established, and the inertial measuring elements are analyzed and selected according to the need. The real-time embedded processor MPC8245 and the real-time operating system VxWorks.The overall frame of aiming pods transfer alignment real-time multi-task is analyzed and designed. Under the environment of VxWorks operating system development software Tornado, the multi-task programming of real-time transfer alignment, code optimization and debugging experiments have been completed. The results of many experiments have proved the feasibility of real-time embedded transfer alignment multi-task overall design scheme. It is an innovative engineering practice and provides a reference for the future multi-task design of real-time transfer alignment, and also lays a foundation for the production of engineering prototype.
