一种多接口主机自治接口选择方法设计与实现

【摘要】:近年来,随着网络接入技术的高速发展以及计算机硬件技术的成熟和提升,越来越多的主机具备了多个网络接口独立通信的能力。为了能够向不同的会话提供足够的资源,当接入不同网络的多接口主机与其他主机进行通信时,多接口主机会根据接口特性或业务需求为会话选择最佳接口。但是,主机多个网络接口的同时使用产生了很多问题,比如网络接口选择问题、路由调度问题等。与此同时,多接口主机复杂性的不断提高使得人们对主机的维护和管理越来越困难,传统网络接口管理方式的弊端凸显。多接口主机不能根据网络环境的变化进行接口选择的动态调整,也缺乏在自身网络接口选择过程中对被管信息的自学习、自修复、自配置的能力。因此,人们希望未来多接口主机能够实现自治管理,来减少人工管理和维护的成本。 论文首先介绍了多接口主机和自治网络管理的相关技术,分析了多接口主机通信过程中面临的主要问题和典型解决方法,并总结了自治网络管理的基本模型以及常用的技术手段和实现方法;其次,引入自治管理思想,给出了一种多接口主机自治接口选择方法,设计了信息处理模块、自治决策模块以及反馈重配置模块等关键模块,以及信令交互和策略更新流程,实现了多接口主机在接口选择过程中对被管信息的自学习和自配置功能,使得多接口主机在通信过程中能够为应用程序选择合理的网络接口;然后,在Linux环境下扩展现有DHCPv6协议开发实现了多接口主机自治接口选择方案中的关键信令消息和功能模块;最后,通过搭建试验环境对该方法的功能和性能进行了测试,试验结果表明方案能够为数据流选择合理的网络接口,实现了接口业务的负载均衡,提升了主机的吞吐量和网络接口利用率。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of network access technology and the maturity and improvement of computer hardware technology, more and more hosts have the ability to communicate independently with multiple network interfaces. When the multi-interface host connected to different networks communicates with other hosts, the multi-interface host selects the best interface for the session according to the interface characteristics or business requirements. At the same time, with the increasing complexity of multi-interface hosts, it is becoming more and more difficult for people to maintain and manage hosts. The disadvantages of the traditional network interface management mode are highlighted. The multi-interface host can not dynamically adjust the interface selection according to the change of the network environment, and it also lacks the self-learning and self-repairing of the managed information in the process of selecting its own network interface. Therefore, it is hoped that in the future multi-interface hosts will be able to implement autonomous management to reduce the cost of manual management and maintenance. This paper first introduces the related technologies of multi-interface host and autonomous network management, and analyzes the main problems and typical solutions in the process of multi-interface host communication. And summarizes the basic model of autonomous network management as well as the common technical means and implementation methods. Secondly, introduce the idea of autonomous management, give a multi-interface host autonomy interface selection method, design the information processing module. The key modules, such as autonomous decision module and feedback reconfiguration module, as well as signaling interaction and policy updating process, have realized the self-learning and self-configuration function of multi-interface host to managed information in the process of interface selection. The multi-interface host can select the reasonable network interface for the application program in the communication process, and then the key signaling message and function module in the multi-interface host autonomous interface selection scheme are developed and implemented by extending the existing DHCPv6 protocol under the Linux environment. Finally, the function and performance of the method are tested by setting up a test environment. The experimental results show that the scheme can select a reasonable network interface for the data flow and realize the load balancing of the interface services.
