时运电脑公司员工忠诚度研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化迅速推进,企业竞争环境发生了巨大改变。自我国加入WTO以来,电子信息企业获得了许多难得的发展机遇,但与此同时,信息技术的迅速发展和产品更新换代的速度的加快也对电子信息企业提出了更高的要求,人力资源管理面临着新的挑战——不再只是企业选择员工,而是雇主与员工的双向选择。在知识经济时代,企业之间的竞争就是人才竞争,没有一支稳定的员工队伍,企业的生存、发展、巩固是一句空话。在操作层面,一些企业逐渐把员工的满意度等同于员工的忠诚度,认为提升满意度便可以达到提升忠诚度的目的,结果耗费精力而没有起到应有的效果。 湖南时运电脑公司作为一家IT公司在近几年取得了迅猛发展。但是,大量的招人、大量的流失率也让公司招聘疲于应付。本文分析了公司的员工忠诚度现状,认为人事任免上的家长制、内部缺乏交流都成为忠诚度低、员工流失的隐患。公司存在员工忠诚度普遍偏低,技术员工离职率呈上升趋势、员工主动辞职比例大、核心技术骨干忠诚度低于普通技术人员、员工长期服务意识淡薄等问题。 从员工忠诚度的外部因素、内部因素、员工个人因素、企业道德因素和企业组织因素五个方面对湖南时运电脑公司的员工忠诚度的影响因素进行了分析。针对问卷调查的结果分析了解湖南时运电脑公司员工忠诚度现状与管理者预期的关系,并找出公司在员工忠诚度管理上的经验和不足,提出了湖南时运电脑公司在改进企业文化、完善招聘制度、构建有竞争力的薪酬体系、重视员工职业生涯管理等提升员工忠诚度的策略,力争为湖南时运电脑公司提升员工忠诚度提供有益的参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization, the competitive environment of enterprises has changed greatly. Since China's entry into WTO, electronic information enterprises have obtained many rare opportunities for development, but at the same time, The rapid development of information technology and the speed of product upgrading also put forward higher requirements for electronic information enterprises. Human resource management is facing new challenges-it is no longer just the choice of employees. In the era of knowledge economy, the competition between enterprises is the competition of talents, without a stable workforce, the survival, development and consolidation of enterprises are empty words. Some enterprises gradually equate employee satisfaction with employee loyalty. Hunan Shiyun computer Company, as an IT company, has made rapid development in recent years. However, a large number of recruiters and a large number of wastage rates also make the recruitment of the company tired of coping. This paper analyzes the current situation of employee loyalty in the company. It is considered that the paternity system of personnel appointment and removal and the lack of internal communication have become the hidden danger of low loyalty and staff turnover. There is a general low employee loyalty in the company, the turnover rate of technical staff is on the rise, and the proportion of employees quitting voluntarily is large. Core technical backbone loyalty is lower than ordinary technical personnel, staff long-term service awareness and other issues. From the external factors of employee loyalty, internal factors, employee personal factors, This paper analyzes the influencing factors of employee loyalty in Hunan Shiyun computer Company from five aspects of enterprise moral factors and enterprise organization factors. Based on the results of questionnaire survey, we analyze and understand the employee loyalty of Hunan time Transportation computer Company. The relationship between the character and the manager's expectation, And find out the company's experience and shortcomings in the management of employee loyalty, and put forward that Hunan Shiyun computer Company in improving the corporate culture, improve recruitment system, build a competitive compensation system, Pay attention to employee career management and other strategies to enhance employee loyalty, and strive to provide a useful reference for Hunan Shiyun computer Company to promote employee loyalty.
