M集团D公司平板电脑ODM管理案例研究

【摘要】:本论文的研究目的是为了给消费类电子产品基于ODM的研发提供充分的理论支持,以提升研发的速度和品质,降低成本,以及提高快速响应市场的能力,促进电子产品行业生态链健康稳定可持续发展。 本论文的研究对象是消费类电子产品的ODM管理。主要以跨国企业M集团D公司的平板电脑ODM管理为例,分析消费类电子产品的产品生命周期管理(PLM)的现状以及存在的问题,并通过研究给出相应的解决方案。 本论文的主要研究方法有实证分析法、对比分析法以及产品模式画布分析法。本论文针对ODM的演进做出了深入的调查研究,细致地阐述了ODM在电子产品行业的发展现状和取得的相关研究成果。研究基于ODM管理的消费类电子新产品的开发设计、团队建设、跨公司合作、产品开发流程的设计以及优化。以事实案例为研究基础,分析消费类电子产品企业在ODM管理的实施运作过程中如何提高产品品质、缩减开发成本以及控制交付期。 通过研究得知,ODM的实施是消费类电子产品制造商发展的必然趋势,也是市场驱动的必然结果。ODM的运作和发展会极大地促进电子产品制造商产品研发的效率,进而提升企业的核心竞争力以及市场的开拓能力。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to provide sufficient theoretical support for the research and development of consumer electronic products based on ODM, in order to improve the speed and quality of research and development, reduce the cost, and improve the ability to quickly respond to the market. To promote the electronics industry ecological chain healthy, stable and sustainable development. The research object of this thesis is the ODM management of consumer electronic products. Taking the management of tablet computer of M Group D Company as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of product lifecycle management of consumer electronic products. The corresponding solutions are given through the research. The main research methods of this thesis are empirical analysis, comparative analysis and product pattern canvas analysis. The development status and related research results of ODM in electronic products industry are elaborated in detail. The development and design, team building, cross-company cooperation of new consumer electronics products based on ODM management are studied. The design and optimization of product development process. Based on the case study, this paper analyzes how to improve the product quality, reduce the development cost and control the delivery period in the implementation of ODM management in consumer electronics enterprises. Through the research, we know that the implementation of ODM is the inevitable trend of consumer electronics manufacturers' development, and it is also the inevitable result of market drive. The operation and development of ODM will greatly promote the efficiency of electronic product manufacturers' product research and development. And then enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and the ability to open up the market.
