广东理工职业学院绿色数据中心设计与实现

【摘要】:高校信息化建设已经走过了摸着石头过河的时期,基础网络设施基本到位,管理、科研、教学、服务等各项应用已经在搭建好的基础网络平台上如火如荼地展开。随着各项应用的扩展,使得教育行业在数据中心的IT基础设施建设方面不断加大投入,部署大量多样化高性能的服务器、交换机、路由器等关键基础设施,最终导致数据中心(IDC)的能耗增速惊人。高能耗的IDC使得高校在扩大信息化规模时顾虑重重。目前越来越多的高校已经意识到:传统的“重性能、轻节能”的方式有很多弊端,在IDC的建设上,必须走“低能耗、高产出”的新路,,必须打造绿色的数据中心。 本文对广东理工职业学院的新校区数据中心现状做了全面的调研,以新校区绿色数据中心建设为背景,根据学校现有数据中心的特点,为解决新校区绿色数据中心建设,从用户的需求分析入手,比较详细地论述了新校区绿色数据中心设计与实现的过程。首先分析了目前绿色数据中心技术的发展及绿色数据中心的建设现状与问题,对广东理工职业学院数据中心现状和需求进行了全面而深入的分析。然后,论述了绿色数据中心方案设计思路,对整个绿色数据中心的机房工程部分的设计、IT设备节能技术和系统管理进行了详尽设计,并重点对绿色数据中心的虚拟化设备管理软件平台的选择比较作了详细论述。广东理工职业学院新校区数据中心目前已建成并投入使用,经运行测试证明,基本满足日常教学、办公和科研等方面的需求,达到了预期节能目标。 本文的研究成果为绿色数据中心的设计提供了系统性的方法与具体的操作指导,并在基于虚拟化架构绿色数据中心设计方法方面进行了创新性探索,对尚处于起步阶段的国内绿色数据中心的发展具有较强的指导意义和参考价值。
[Abstract]:The information construction of colleges and universities has gone through the period of crossing the river by touching the stone. The basic network facilities are basically in place, management, scientific research, teaching, service and other applications have been in full swing in the construction of a good basic network platform.With the expansion of various applications, the education industry has continuously increased its investment in IT infrastructure construction in data centers, deploying a large number of key infrastructure such as a large variety of high-performance servers, switches, routers, etc.Finally, the data center IDC) energy consumption growth is amazing.High energy consumption of IDC makes colleges and universities to expand the scale of information.At present, more and more colleges and universities have realized that there are many disadvantages in the traditional way of "paying more attention to performance than energy saving". In the construction of IDC, we must take the new road of "low energy consumption, high output" and build a green data center.This paper makes a comprehensive investigation on the current situation of the new campus data center of Guangdong Polytechnic Vocational College, taking the construction of the new campus green data center as the background, according to the characteristics of the existing data center of the school, in order to solve the new campus green data center construction.The design and implementation of green data center in the new campus are discussed in detail from the analysis of users' needs.Firstly, this paper analyzes the development of green data center technology and the current situation and problems of the construction of green data center, and makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the current situation and demand of data center of Guangdong Polytechnic Vocational College.Then, the design idea of green data center is discussed, and the energy saving technology and system management of IT equipment are designed in detail in the computer room engineering part of the whole green data center.The selection and comparison of virtual device management software platform in green data center are discussed in detail.The data center of the new campus of Guangdong Polytechnic Vocational College has been built and put into use at present. It has been proved by running test that it can basically meet the needs of daily teaching, office and scientific research, and achieve the expected goal of energy saving.The research results of this paper provide systematic method and concrete operation guidance for the design of green data center, and make innovative exploration in the design method of green data center based on virtualization architecture.It has strong guiding significance and reference value for the development of green data center in China.
