USB2.0 OTG PHY模拟电路的设计实现

【摘要】:USB2.0OTG(USB On-The-Go)技术是USB2.0的发展与完善,具有USB2.0OTG接口的便携式设备摆脱了对PC机的依赖,可以实现两个非PC设备的直接通信并支持通信过程中主机和外设角色的相互切换;它同时符合USB2.0协议,最高传输速度可达480Mbps。USB2.0OTG在USB2.0的基础上了增加了SRP(会话请求协议)和HNP(主机交换协议)。 USB2.0协议,USB2.0OTG补充协议以及UTMI+协议是整个电路设计的基础,通过学习,理解了USB2.0OTG的工作原理,并在整个项目中承担了OTG模块的设计和TRANCEIVER模块中接收电路的设计。 本文设计的OTG模块包括三个电压比较器,SRP电路以及工D检测电路。三个电压比较器阈值为:4.6v,1.4v,0.5v,分别用来指示VBUS电压是否有效,A_device和B-device SRP电压是否有效以及B-device SRP的初始化情况;SRP电路可以通过下拉电阻给VBUS放电以达到SRP的初始化条件而通过上拉电阻充电来发起SNP;ID检测电路可以指示插入插头的类型,判断相连设备的角色。 本文讨论了USB2.0接口电路的构成与基本原理,并重点阐述了高速数据接收电路和包络信号检测电路的设计,并给出了相关仿真。
[Abstract]:USB2.0OTG(USB On-The-Gois technology is the development and perfection of USB2.0. Portable devices with USB2.0OTG interface can get rid of the dependence on PC, and can realize direct communication between two non-PC devices and support the switch between host and peripheral roles in the communication process. It also conforms to the USB2.0 protocol, and the maximum transmission speed of 480Mbps.USB2.0OTG is increased based on USB2.0 (session request Protocol) and HNP (Host Exchange Protocol). USB2.0 protocol, USB2.0OTG supplementary protocol and UTMI protocol are the basis of the whole circuit design. Through studying, we understand the working principle of USB2.0OTG, and undertake the design of OTG module and the receiving circuit in TRANCEIVER module in the whole project. The OTG module designed in this paper includes three voltage comparators and D detection circuits. The threshold of the three voltage comparators is: 4.6v / 1.4v / 0.5 v. respectively, which indicates whether the VBUS voltage is effective or not and whether the B-device SRP voltage is effective or not, and the initialization of the B-device SRP circuit can discharge the VBUS by pull-down resistor to reach the initialization condition of SRP. The SNPID detection circuit is initiated by charging the pull up resistor to indicate the type of plug to be inserted. Judge the role of the connected device. In this paper, the structure and basic principle of USB2.0 interface circuit are discussed, and the design of high speed data receiving circuit and envelope signal detecting circuit are emphasized, and the related simulation is given.
