基于嵌入式系统的电力保护测控装置研制

【摘要】:电力系统保护测控装置是保证电网安全稳定运行的重要基础设备,智能电网的建设对装置的性能提出了越来越高的要求,针对目前该领域中存在的不足,采用先进的嵌入式软硬件技术,开发了平台化的新型保护测控装置。 装置硬件平台采用MCU(Micro Control Unit)+DSP(Digital Signal Processor)的双处理器架构,MCU模块完成管理和通信功能,采用浮点DSP作为数据协处理器,完成相量计算、保护逻辑等功能,MCU与DSP之间通过HPI(Hardware Platform Interface)接口进行数据交互。阐述了主处理器模块的功能设计以及交流模拟量采集,温度量采集,数字量输入输出,液晶显示和以太网通信接口等关键模块的硬件电路设计。 以VxWorks实时多任务操作系统为软件平台,设计了软件总体架构。按照功能分层的软件设计方法,开发了基于AX88796芯片的网络驱动程序,为适应保护测控功能快速启动要求,修改了VxWorks的网络设备加载顺序,将END(Enhanced Network Driver)驱动的加载、启动从系统启动过程中独立出来。设计了以链表结构为基础的菜单显示界面,封装了基于RA8835A控制器的液晶模块驱动程序,易于实现液晶模块的更换和升级。开发了FLASH启动模式下的DSP二级Bootloader功能,根据应用需求和硬件配置编写了lnk.cmd文件。采用了调用TMS320C6713浮点库函数的方法,提高了数字信号处理算法的效率。 根据保护测控功能需求,将中断、任务资源进行了合理分配。研究了各种电气量计算方法的原理和性能,包括全周积分算法,全周傅里叶算法和快速开方算法。针对数字量输入易误报和漏报的问题,改进了软件去抖的处理策略,增加了状态判断次数和延时确认判据。 最后介绍了装置性能型式试验的一些测试结果,经第三方检测机构检测,装置整体性能完全满足国家标准和行业标准的要求,达到了预期设计目标。
[Abstract]:Power system protection measurement and control device is an important basic equipment to ensure the safe and stable operation of power network. The construction of smart grid has put forward more and more high requirements for the performance of the device. Based on the advanced embedded software and hardware technology, a new type of protection measurement and control device based on platform is developed. The hardware platform uses MCU(Micro Control Unit DSP(Digital Signal Processor-based dual-processor architecture to complete management and communication functions, and floating-point DSP is used as data coprocessor to complete phasor calculation. Protection logic and other functions between MCUs and DSP through the HPI(Hardware Platform interface for data interaction. The function design of the main processor module and the hardware circuit design of the key modules, such as AC analog data acquisition, temperature acquisition, digital input and output, liquid crystal display and Ethernet communication interface, are described. The software architecture is designed based on VxWorks real-time multi-task operating system. According to the software design method of function stratification, the network driver program based on AX88796 chip is developed. In order to meet the requirement of fast start of protection measurement and control function, the loading sequence of VxWorks network device is modified, and the END(Enhanced Network driver is loaded. Boot is independent of the system boot process. The menu display interface based on the linked list structure is designed and the LCD module driver based on RA8835A controller is encapsulated. It is easy to replace and upgrade the LCD module. The second level Bootloader function of DSP in FLASH startup mode is developed, and the lnk.cmd file is written according to the application requirements and hardware configuration. The efficiency of digital signal processing algorithm is improved by calling TMS320C6713 floating point library function. According to the protection measurement and control function requirement, will interrupt, the task resource has carried on the reasonable allocation. The principle and performance of various electrical calculation methods are studied, including the whole cycle integral algorithm, the full cycle Fourier algorithm and the fast square algorithm. In order to solve the problem that digital input is prone to false positives and false positives, this paper improves the handling strategy of software shake removal, and increases the number of state judgment and the criterion of delay confirmation. Finally, some test results of the performance type test of the device are introduced. The overall performance of the device fully meets the requirements of the national standard and the industry standard, and achieves the expected design goal.
