嵌入式电子警察前端系统的设计与开发

【摘要】:随着机动车数量的大幅度增加,交通管理现状和社会需求的矛盾也越来越突出,单一的人工控制已不能满足需求,其中闯红灯造成交通秩序混乱、堵塞及引发交通事故。电子警察产品普遍可靠性低、功能单一、价格昂贵,阻碍了交通行业的发展。设计并开发一套可靠性高、多功能、价格低廉的电子警察系统,可以缓解警力不足,提高道路管理效率,具有现实意义。 鉴于这种应用背景,从功能、用例、性能的角度进行需求分析和总体设计,构建了一套稳定、高效、廉价的前端系统,为公安交通管理部门提供了强有力的执法证据。本文的主要工作包括: 1.从经济、技术、运行环境角度,分析了前端系统的可行性,根据前端系统功能和性能两方面的需求,提出了总体设计目标与思路,同时,详细叙述了各层次的职责和关键的技术思想。系统整合了缓冲技术、网络通信、并发处理与同步、存储优化关键技术,,并且解决了图片亮度、视频截取等难题。 2.根据前端系统的功能和性能需求,阐述了各功能模块及接口的设计与实现。用户接口主要实现相机登录、布防/撤防,内部接口实现功能模块的内部连接,外部接口是前端系统和中心平台的桥梁,通过中心协议实现对接上传。 3.对前端系统进行功能和性能测试,分别记录卡口、电警图片信息,并进行对比分析,结果表明:前端系统的可靠性高,车辆成功捕获率高达99%,图片亮度调节方法有效提高了车牌识别率,保证了图片的正确性。
[Abstract]:With the increase of the number of motor vehicles, the contradiction between traffic management status and social demand is more and more prominent. The single manual control can not meet the demand, among which running red light causes traffic order chaos, jam and cause traffic accidents. The low reliability, single function and high price of electronic police products hinder the development of traffic industry. It is of practical significance to design and develop an electronic police system with high reliability, multifunction and low price, which can alleviate the shortage of police force and improve the efficiency of road management. In view of this application background, the requirement analysis and overall design are carried out from the angle of function, use case and performance, and a set of stable, efficient and cheap front-end system is constructed, which provides strong law enforcement evidence for public security traffic management department. The main work of this paper includes: 1. The feasibility of the front-end system is analyzed from the angle of economy, technology and running environment. According to the demand of the function and performance of the front-end system, the overall design goal and thought are put forward, at the same time, The responsibilities and key technical ideas of each level are described in detail. The system integrates buffer technology, network communication, concurrent processing and synchronization, storage optimization key technologies, and solves the image brightness, video capture and other problems. 2. According to the function and performance requirement of the front-end system, the design and implementation of each function module and interface are expounded. The user interface mainly realizes camera login, deployment / withdrawal, internal interface to realize the internal connection of the function module, external interface is the bridge between the front end system and the central platform, and the docking and uploading is realized through the central protocol. 3. The function and performance of the front-end system are tested, and the information of the bayonet and electric alarm pictures are recorded and compared. The results show that the front-end system has high reliability. The vehicle acquisition rate is as high as 99%, and the image brightness adjustment method can effectively improve the license plate recognition rate and ensure the correctness of the picture.
