【摘要】:计算机技术的快速发展使得大容量数字信息的存储、通信和显示均能够实现,这带动了医学数字化技术的迅猛发展,从而极大的提高了医生的工作效率。但与此同时相关信息量也越来越大,如何才能有效地利用这些信息为医生提供服务?于是出现了医学影像存档与通信系统(PACS, Picture Archiving and Communication Systems). PACS可以全面解决医学影像获取、显示、储存、传输及管理,使得医学影像能够直接从检查设备中获取,进而实现影像资料的共享和有效管理。PACS的使用可以显著提高医院的生产效率和服务质量,但由于医学影像数据量大、数据类型复杂、规定保存时间长,这就要求PACS不仅具有海量存储空间,而且需要具有更高的读取数据能力。本文以计算机与医学领域的结合为切入点,采用例证法探索了计算机技术在医学领域的应用。 本文通过对现在常用的几种存储介质相关的技术比较与分析,结合PACS存储架构的研究,选择合适的存储介质。通过对PACS存储架构进行研究,深入探讨了集中存储和分级存储的区别、存储系统的结构层次、PACS存储系统的特点,并详细说明了在线、近线、离线的三级存储架构以及分级存储的优点,而且分析了PACS建设的系统关键问题和系统支撑的环境。基于此提出了云存储系统的架构,通过将云存储服务平台应用到医院PACS存储系统建设中,即可实现医院图像的高效存储和检索。 在此基础上,本文基于目前济宁市第一人民医院的实际需求,详细设计了济宁市第一人民医院PACS实施的需求分析,并对济宁市第一人民医院的医学图像存储方案和系统维护进行了尝试性设计与应用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology, the storage, communication and display of large capacity digital information can be realized, which drives the rapid development of medical digital technology and greatly improves the efficiency of doctors. But at the same time, the amount of relevant information is also increasing, how can we effectively use this information to provide services for doctors? Then appeared medical image archiving and communication system PACS, Picture Archiving and Communication systems. PACS can completely solve the problem of medical image acquisition, display, storage, transmission and management, so that medical image can be obtained directly from inspection equipment. Thus, the sharing of image data and the effective management of .PACS can significantly improve the production efficiency and service quality of the hospital. However, because of the large amount of medical image data, the complexity of data types, and the long storage time, This requires PACS not only to have massive storage space, but also to have a higher ability to read data. In this paper, the application of computer technology in medical field is explored by using the method of example, which is based on the combination of computer and medical field. Based on the comparison and analysis of several kinds of storage mediums which are commonly used in this paper, and the research of PACS storage architecture, the suitable storage media is selected. Based on the research of PACS storage architecture, the difference between centralized storage and hierarchical storage is discussed in depth, and the characteristics of storage system are discussed in detail. The off-line three-level storage architecture and the advantages of hierarchical storage are analyzed, and the key problems of PACS construction and the supporting environment of the system are analyzed. Based on this, the structure of cloud storage system is put forward. By applying cloud storage service platform to the construction of hospital PACS storage system, the efficient storage and retrieval of hospital image can be realized. On this basis, based on the actual demand of the first people's Hospital of Jining, this paper designs the demand analysis of PACS implementation in the first people's Hospital of Jining in detail. The medical image storage scheme and system maintenance of the first people's Hospital of Jining were designed and applied.
