基于单片机的QCM检测系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:设计一种以STC89C52RC为控制核心的高精度可调便携式QCM检测系统。系统包括石英晶体多谐振荡、频率处理、单片机控制、RS 232通信等模块,使用石英晶体多谐振荡模块完成晶振片的驱动、频率选择、整形,输出信号经频率处理模块处理后交给单片机控制模块计数并显示,RS 232通信模块实现单片机与计算机之间数据传输。与现有的检测装置相比硬件方面滤波器设置为巴特沃兹三阶可调带通滤波器,通过调节其中心频率可满足多种频率晶振片需要,在软件设计中加入温度控制机制进一步提高了系统的稳定性,测量误差仅为0.03%,且成本低、携带方便,达到了设计要求。
[Abstract]:A high precision and adjustable portable QCM detection system based on STC89C52RC is designed. The system includes quartz crystal multi-harmonic oscillation, frequency processing, single-chip microcomputer control RS232 communication module, using quartz crystal multi-harmonic oscillation module to complete the drive, frequency selection, shaping, etc. The output signal is processed by the frequency processing module and passed to the control module of the single chip microcomputer to count and display the RS232 communication module to realize the data transmission between the single chip computer and the computer. Compared with the existing detection devices, the hardware aspect filter is set as the Butterworth third-order tunable band-pass filter, which can meet the needs of various frequency wafers by adjusting its central frequency. The stability of the system is further improved by adding the temperature control mechanism in the software design. The measuring error is only 0.033.And the cost is low, the carrying is convenient, and the design requirements are met.
