一种具有断电续存功能固态存储系统的设计

【摘要】:为了满足航天科技快速发展的需求,固态存储系统技术也须不断提高。目前我国研发出的固态存储器已经可以满足多数航天系统的设计需求。本文针对需要具有断电续存功能固态存储器的航天系统提出了一种新的硬件设计思路和编码方式。 设计的具有断电续存功能固态存储系统是以xilinx公司生产的第三代FPGA作为主控芯片来完成的。根据设计指标要求,,选择RS422通信接口完成对航天系统中各种参数的接收;选择LVDS低压差分通信接口完成对航天系统中采集的图像数据片段进行接收。同时,采用双通道编码的新技术,使数据混合存储在flash的共享区,保证了数据的保密性;flash选择的是三星公司生产的K9WBG08U1M芯片;根据航天系统对固态存储系统断电后重新上电存储的数据不覆盖原数据且可进行拆分处理的技术要求,创新性的采用了双片选交替双平面的页编程方式。 在壳体设计上,通过对存储板进行多重防护,保证了固态存储系统接收数据的可靠性。最终,设计的固态存储系统通过了高G值冲击和振动等测试,已经成功的满足了航天系统对该固态存储系统的技术要求。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the rapid development of space science and technology, solid-state storage system technology must be continuously improved. At present, the solid state memory developed in China can meet the design needs of most space systems. In this paper, a new hardware design and coding method is proposed for spaceflight systems with power off memory. The design of solid state memory system with power off storage is based on the third generation FPGA produced by xilinx Company as the main control chip. According to the requirements of the design index, the RS422 communication interface is selected to receive the various parameters in the space system, and the LVDS low-voltage differential communication interface is selected to complete the receiving of the image data fragments collected in the space system. At the same time, using the new technology of dual-channel coding, the data is mixed stored in the shared area of flash, which ensures the confidentiality of the data and the choice of K9WBG08U1M chip produced by Samsung. According to the technical requirement that the data of the solid state storage system can be split and processed without overwriting the original data after the power off of the solid state storage system, a new method of page programming is innovatively adopted. In the case design, the reliability of the solid state storage system is ensured by the multiple protection of the storage board. Finally, the solid state storage system has passed the high G value shock and vibration tests, which has successfully met the technical requirements of the solid state storage system.
