【摘要】:数据是企业的财富,是企业的命脉,也是企业发展的见证。随着移动互联网技术的发展,电子商务平台的全面推广,人们的需求在不断扩大,观念也在改变。社交网站,网络购物,数字图书馆,医疗卫生系统,这些都需要大量的存储空间放置数码图片,影印资料,用户信息等,在全民参与网络活动的过程中使得数据以指数形式激增,对存储更加依赖。NAS网络存储就应运而生了。 NAS作为文件服务器有着明显的优势,它可以远程访问,多用户跨平台操作等特点。基于IP网络基础设施的逐步完善,更有利于NAS的应用普及。本文介绍了适合于中小企业和家庭使用的NAS产品的硬件开发设计流程。首先介绍了NAS网络存储的发展现状及未来的发展趋势;其次,介绍分析了现有网络存储设备,比较了ARM和X86结构的优缺点;再次,介绍了本产品的基本架构组成:ARM处理器、DDR3存储器、网络控制器、SATA控制器、USB3.0控制器;其后对硬件设计做了详细的阐述,包括原理图设计、LAYOUT设计、电源设计、风扇设计等;最后对硬件的测试进行了讲解,包括电源测试、信号测试、电磁兼容性测试、环境测试、可靠性测试等。 本文从硬件设计的角度出发,将硬件设计过程详尽展现。本着从用户实际使用环境考虑,本产品将NAS和DAS功能结合到一起,使得产品更加方便的服务于用户。
[Abstract]:The data is the wealth of the enterprise, is the lifeblood of the enterprise, also is the witness of the enterprise development. With the development of mobile Internet technology and the comprehensive promotion of e-commerce platform, people's demand is expanding and the concept is changing. Social networking sites, online shopping, digital libraries, medical and health systems, all of which require a lot of storage space for digital pictures, photocopying, user information, etc. In the process of all people participating in the network activities, the data increase exponentially, so the network storage is more dependent on the storage. NAS as a file server has obvious advantages, it can be accessed remotely, multi-user cross-platform operation and so on. The gradual improvement of IP-based network infrastructure is more conducive to the popularization of NAS applications. This paper introduces the hardware development and design process of NAS products suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises and families. Firstly, this paper introduces the development status and future trend of NAS network storage. Secondly, it analyzes the existing network storage devices, compares the advantages and disadvantages of ARM and X86 structures. This paper introduces the basic structure of this product, which is composed of DDR3 memory and SATA controller USB3.0, including schematic design, power supply design, fan design and so on. Finally, the hardware testing is explained, including power test, signal test, electromagnetic compatibility test, environment test, reliability test and so on. From the point of view of hardware design, this paper presents the process of hardware design in detail. In view of the actual use of the user environment, the product will combine NAS and DAS functions together, making the product more convenient to serve users.
