G计算机深圳公司采购管理研究

【摘要】:全球经济一体化的形成,给国内企业带来许多机遇,同时,也带来更加激烈的市场竞争。因此,IT行业的产品以及成本发展越来越趋于透明化,在IT业的微利时代,企业的首要目标是生存,其次才是如何获得更多的利润,增强产品的竞争力。然而后端生产的以及销售的成本节约,都微乎其微,然而使前端采购成本的节约,可以使整个公司盈利。因此先进的企业清醒的意识到,做好采购管理是企业的重中之重,国际一线公司把采购管理列入战略管理的层面,采购的重要性不言而喻。 为改善G电脑公司目前采购现状,本文对G电脑公司进行了全面的研究及分析,主要的内容包括:首先,重点应用了供应链管理和采购等理论,为G电脑公司的采购管理分析提供了明确的管理理论基础;其次,根据G电脑公司目前的实际情况,对公司整体状况和采购实际现状进行详细分析,重点介绍了G电脑公司的问题所在;再次,针对性的提出了采购管理的改进措施,分别从采购策略、采购管理流程、组织管理、控制管理、绩效管理、供应商管理以及风险管理方面提出;最后,通过实际方法,针对G电脑公司的问题点,从国企的实际情况出发,提出了建设性的保障措施,保证改进的顺利进行。 通过以上全面的分析,G电脑公司可以重点抓住本身主要的问题所在,也将会从战略上扭转对采购的管理,着力于与供应商建立战略合作伙伴关系,最终实现战略合作,达到双赢的目标。
[Abstract]:The formation of global economic integration brings a lot of opportunities to domestic enterprises, but also brings more fierce market competition. Therefore, the product and cost development of IT industry is becoming more and more transparent. In the era of little profit in IT industry, the primary goal of enterprises is to survive, and then how to obtain more profits and enhance the competitiveness of products. However, the cost savings in back-end production and sales are minimal. However, the cost savings of front-end procurement can make the whole company profitable. Therefore, the advanced enterprises are aware that it is the most important for them to do well in purchasing management, and the importance of purchasing is self-evident when international first-line companies include procurement management in the level of strategic management. In order to improve the current purchasing situation of G computer Company, this paper makes a comprehensive study and analysis of G computer Company. The main contents are as follows: firstly, the supply chain management and purchasing theory are applied. It provides a clear management theory basis for G computer Company's purchasing management analysis. Secondly, according to the actual situation of G computer Company, the paper makes a detailed analysis of the company's overall situation and the actual purchasing situation. The problems of G computer company are introduced in detail. Thirdly, the improvement measures of procurement management are put forward, including procurement strategy, procurement management process, organization management, control management, performance management, etc. Finally, through the practical method, aiming at the problem point of G computer company, according to the actual situation of the state-owned enterprise, the constructive safeguard measures are put forward to ensure the smooth progress of the improvement. Through the above comprehensive analysis, the company can focus on its main problems, and it will strategically reverse the management of procurement, focus on establishing a strategic partnership with suppliers, and ultimately achieve strategic cooperation. Achieve a win-win goal.
